New facilities provide families with more space and greater accessibility.

MIDLAND (September 6, 2022) – The Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School (PA Cyber) will celebrate grand openings of its Erie and Greensburg regional offices this week. Headquartered in Midland, the K-12 online school maintains a network of nine regional offices around the state that serve as hubs for enrollment, orientation, and year-round enrichment activities. The school relocated its Erie and Greensburg offices to new addresses within the same metropolitan areas in 2020 and 2021 to provide enhanced facilities for students and their families, but celebrations were postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We want to provide the best facilities that we can for students and their families,” said Brian Hayden, CEO of PA Cyber. “We are invested in the many families that we serve, and we are committed to being an active member of their communities.”

PA Cyber relocated the offices to increase square footage and enhance visibility and accessibility for students and their families. Both locations are under a ten-year lease.

  • The new 11,000-square-foot Erie office serves approximately 1,200 students in Erie County and its surrounding counties. The grand opening will take place today at 5 p.m.–7 p.m. 1980 Edinboro Road, Erie, PA 16509
  • The new 9,700-square-foot Greensburg office serves 2,000 students in Westmoreland County and its surrounding counties. The grand opening will be on Thursday, September 8, at 5 p.m.–7 p.m. 1040 Towne Square Drive, Greensburg, PA 15601

Grand opening celebrations will give students opportunities to meet their principals, sign up for events and enrichment programs, and join hands-on art and STEM activities.

“In addition to offering enrollment services, the regional offices host student orientations, academic support and enrichment opportunities, art activities, guidance workshops, social activities, and more,” said Dave Veon, PA Cyber’s supervisor of regional offices.

Additionally, the school’s Harrisburg and Philadelphia offices relocated to new facilities; dates for their grand opening events will be announced soon.
