PA Cyber Graduates (and Families!),
On behalf of the Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School, we extend an early congratulations to you on your upcoming graduation. Graduation is a time to commemorate your achievements and we look forward to celebrating this milestone with you. We are excited to offer two in-person ceremonies to honor and recognize the accomplishments of the graduating class.
If you have met all of your requirements and obligations as a student of PA Cyber by May 20th, 2024, we invite you to join us at one of our graduation celebrations.

As we prepare for this year’s graduation, please understand that you (and your family) play a very important role in the process. You will find all the information you need to prepare for your upcoming graduation on this page. The information can also be found in Buzz under PA Cyber Graduation.
We ask that you thoroughly review the information and adhere to all of the specified dates. Thank you for your trust, dedication, and commitment to your education at PA Cyber. We look forward to celebrating your accomplishments and this momentous occasion.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR EARLY GRADUATES
If you have met all of your requirements and obligations as a student of PA Cyber by May 20nd, 2024, we invite you to join us at one of our graduation celebrations.
If you already graduated from PA Cyber during the 2023-2024 school year OR if you plan to graduate from PA Cyber prior to the end of the school year, we invite you to join us at our 2024 graduation ceremonies to celebrate your graduation from PA Cyber.
Once you graduate from PA Cyber and are withdrawn from our system, you no longer have access to your PA Cyber email or Buzz. If you did not complete the necessary graduation application prior to completing your coursework, please reach out to your Academic Advisor to ensure you are prepared for graduation!
Congratulations on your early graduation and we hope to see you at one of our graduation ceremonies!

What are the locations of the Graduation Ceremonies?
Kutztown University

What time do the graduation ceremonies begin?
Kutztown Ceremony starts at 2:00 PM.
Robert Morris Ceremony starts at 12:00 PM. -
When should I arrive at the graduation ceremony?
We ask that all graduates arrive at the graduation ceremony by the following times:
- Kutztown: Wednesday, June 5th please arrive by 11:30am EST.
- Robert Morris: Friday, June 7th please arrive by 9:30am EST.

What do I do once I arrive at the venue?
The graduate and their guests will need to check in with a staff member to pick up their tickets and then will have time to take pictures in front of a PA Cyber backdrop, visit with some teachers/staff, and enjoy a light snack.
- Kutztown: In the Student Rec Center (across the street from the main venue) there will be a photographer set up from Lifetouch, as well as a reception with food and beverages for everyone.
- Robert Morris: On the upper level of the venue, all the concession stands will be open with a limited menu.

What time will graduates begin line-up?
We will ask all graduates to report by the following times:
- Kutztown: Please make your way to the line up room by 1:00pm EST.
- Robert Morris: Please make your way to the line up room by 11:00am EST.

How long will the ceremonies last?
Each graduation ceremony is anticipated to last about 60-90 minutes.

How many ticekts do I receive for graduation?
All students have the ability to request up to ten (10) graduation tickets.

Is there any way I can receive additional tickets for graduation?
Once all students request their initial tickets and based on venue space, PA Cyber may be able to provide additional tickets to graduates based on need. If additional tickets are available, we will send out an email to all families.

Do children need a ticket?
Children under 3 years old do not need a ticket, as long as they can sit on the lap of an adult.

Does the graduate need a ticket to enter the graduation ceremony?
No, the PA Cyber graduate does not need a ticket to enter the ceremony.

When will I receive my graduation tickets?
You will receive your graduation tickets at the entrances of the venues. Make sure to check in with a staff member so that you can receive your envelope of tickets. Please be sure your family members and guests have their tickets before entering the venue.

Are there guidelines for submitting a picture for the slideshow?
The picture must be school appropriate and a headshot so that everyone can see your face. You do not need to be in your cap and gown for this picture. This is optional however if you do choose to do so, your picture along with future plans and inspirations will be on the slide show prior to the ceremony. View Picture Requirements Here

What is the deadline for submitting a picture to the slideshow?
The deadline to submit a picture is Friday, May 10th.

Will I receive my diploma at the graduation ceremony?
All PA Cyber students who have met the necessary requirements to participate in graduation will be receive their diploma in the mail after the graduation ceremonies. All students who participate in the in-person graduation ceremony will receive a PA Cyber designed certificate as they walk across the stage. Update for this year: All students will receive their graduation box including their official diploma and graduation gift after graduation. They will be shipped the week of June 10th.

Will you have someone taking pictures at the graduation ceremony?
Yes! we are happy to announce that we have partnered with Lifetouch for our graduation pictures this year.
- Photographers will be made available before the ceremony to take pictures of the graduates individually or with their guests.
- Photos will be taken as the graduates walk across stage and as they exit with their diploma.
- All photos taken by Lifetouch will be available for purchase.

Will the ceremony be live-streamed?
Yes! PA Cyber will livestream both graduation ceremonies. You can find the livestreams on YouTube, and we will post the link on this site prior to the start of the ceremonies.

Can I decorate my cap?
Yes! We love to see decorated caps on our graduates. Please simply remember to keep the decorations school appropriate. Please follow the Graduation Cap Decorations and Etiquette below:
It is appropriate to put the following on your cap:
• School and district pride
• Messages of thanks (to a parent, grandparent, teacher, guardian, etc.)
• Recognition of the college or university you will be attending
• Your graduation year
• The branch of the military you will be joining
Please note: Graduation caps will be reviewed and approved in advance of the ceremony.
No offensive language, sayings, slang, nicknames, pictures, religious affiliations, or lyrics on cap.
