PA Cyber to host State College office grand opening

STATE COLLEGE (Nov. 25) - The Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School today announced it would hold a grand opening ceremony at its newest location in State College.
School officials said the event will present visitors with an opportunity to check out the new facility, meet PA Cyber staff, and learn about programs and events that will take place at the new office.
The grand opening will take place Thurs., Dec. 10, from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. at Creekside Plaza, 1700 S. Atherton St., State College, Pa. 16801.
PA Cyber families and friends will be able to get information about:
- Science, technology, engineering and math, or STEM, programs
- Family Link social events and field trips
- School clubs
- Gifted student offerings
- Art Reach classes
Face painting, craft activities, and refreshments also will be available.
This new space takes the place of the former, nearby Bellefonte office, where PA Cyber provided services to students and their families for several years, according to the school’s admissions’ officials.
The decision to relocate to State College, because it offers greater accessibility and a more convenient location for PA Cyber families, who will be able to use the facility for enrollment, new student orientations, parent information events, and academic and social enrichment opportunities.
