Attention PA Cyber Families:
To better improve our service to you and our students, The PA Cyber Charter School, will begin conducting a performance survey with our families via a phone call once a month. PA Cyber families will be chosen randomly each month to participate on a voluntary basis. When a representative contacts you they will identify themselves and then ask a few questions regarding your experience here at PA Cyber. They will not solicit or request donations, ID, or Social Security numbers. The person may ask you to rate or grade our school. Please feel free to express yourself. We want and need to hear any good news as well as your feelings regarding any shortcomings or missteps. We will use the information we gather to improve instruction, our school related programs, and student services. We want to always raise our standards, and we always want to do better, just like our students.
