2008-2009 School Year
Please call the Admissions Office at 1-888-PA CYBER for more information and to schedule an appointment.
Documents required for enrollment are:
- Student’s Birth Certificate
- Proof of Residency (copy of a mortgage or lease agreement, school tax I.D. statement)
- Parent/guardian’s PA drivers license or government issued I.D. (has to match residency)
- An updated and complete set of the student’s immunization records
- IEP/GIEP evaluation reports, if applicable
- Name and physical address of school district of residence
- Name and address of school student is currently attending
Classes may not be scheduled for incoming students until the student's academic transcript, home school evaluation, and/or IEP, 504, or evaluations (if applicable) are received.
